Find Safety. Start Again. We’re Here to Help.
Whether you’re referring yourself or supporting someone in need, our referral process is simple, confidential, and focused on getting the right support in place as quickly as possible.
Who Can Apply
We offer supported accommodation to: - Single women (18+) - Women with dependent children - Fleeing domestic abuse, coercive control, or sexual exploitation - Homeless or at risk of homelessness - In need of medium-level support to stabilise housing, income, and wellbeing - Able to engage with a structured support plan
Risk Considerations
To ensure the safety of all residents and staff, we conduct a comprehensive risk assessment before accepting any referral.
We are unable to offer accommodation to individuals who: - Pose a high or unmanaged risk to others in a shared living environment - Require 24/7 medical, psychiatric, or crisis intervention support - Are actively engaged in behaviours (e.g. severe substance misuse) that would place others at significant risk
We assess each case individually and always aim to find the best outcome for the applicant.
The Referral Process
Step 1: Submit a Referral
You can: - Self-refer using our secure form or by contacting us directly
- Be referred by a professional (e.g. local authority, police, probation, support worker)
Step 2: Initial Screening
We review referrals within 24–48 hours and arrange a confidential call or meeting for a needs assessment.
Step 3: Risk & Suitability Assessment
We may request: - A recent risk assessment - Basic information about housing, safety, health, and needs - Contacts for involved professionals (with consent)
Step 4: Offer of Accommodation
If suitable, we: - Offer a place and complete induction - Register for benefits, ID, GP, UC, etc. - Start support planning and daily/weekly sessions
If not suitable, we signpost to other appropriate services
